William and Teresa are born and raised in the central Illinois area. They have 4 children and 6 grandchildren, and their 7th on the way. They love spending time together and with family and friends, trips to Pittsburgh to see the Steelers, and enjoy restoring/renovating their home and others homes as well.  William had a life altering experience with Jesus Christ in 2010 which led him out of the bondage of addictions, depression, anxiety and hopelessness.  Since that time, William has been called into ministry, authored 2 books to date, and is the founder of 3:12 Transformation Ministry.  William has performed ministry through several prisons, county jails, and churches, throughout Iowa and Illinois.  William and Teresa were featured on the 700 Club in 2016 for their marriage restoration which God performed in their lives.  Their hope is to share the transformational love and power of Jesus Christ with the world and those they encounter. 

Andy and Colleen Keltner have been married for almost twenty-nine years and have three wonderful daughters - Ali (21), Abi (19), and Zoe (18). They ministered together to youth in Illinois for about eight years, and then served with Operation Mobilization in northwest London and Beirut for about 10 years. During that decade, Colleen was rearing their daughters, and Andy was a teacher at a school east of Beirut.  In 2014, they returned to the US, settling in Morton, IL.  As a family, they enjoy spending time together watching movies, traveling, going to musicals and taking Alister (the dog) on walks. Andy has enjoyed getting to know the people at Highview and teaching God’s Word bi-weekly.
